10 Years of celebrating loyalty excellence

This year celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Loyalty Awards, taking place on Tuesday 6th February 2018. To celebrate, we introduced a new category, 'Loyalty Personality of the Year', to celebrate an individual that has had great impact within the industry. For these awards, individuals can nominate themselves or a colleague who's input could not go without recognition.
